Apollo Beach in Tampa Bay August 2014 update

Apollo Beach still has some of the best priced waterfront in Florida! I recently met a couple who had searched many areas of Florida up and down the coast. They wandered into a model townhome saying they wanted to find a waterfront home and didn’t really care for some of the “touristy” towns they had visited. They had never really heard of Apollo Beach until doing some research and thought this may be a good fit for them, with its close proximity to Tampa, St Petersburg, Sarasota, and Orlando. After taking them on a boat tour and showing them how they can even go by boat and be in Tampa in 20 min or St Pete in 25 min, they were convinced this was perfect for them. Of course, Tampa has the International Airport, NFL Football (Bucs), Hockey (Lightning), St Pete has MLB (Rays), beaches, and Orlando has Mickey! They were also happy to hear they could listen to live music on Tampa Bay at Little Harbour in Ruskin, and dine watching the sunset there or at Circles in Apollo Beach. After showing them about a dozen waterfront homes, mostly with pools, they decided to make an offer on a 4 bedroom 2200 sq ft updated pool home with dock and lift just a few minutes from the bay! They can even watch sunsets every night from their home. The home was listed for only $430,000 and after they close I can tell you what they paid. Just call Bonnie 813-390-7606 and I can help YOU live the dream too!
